Our Partial Planning Service is perfect for those who have started the planning process but want professional support to ensure nothing is overlooked. We’ll help refine your design, finalize logistics, coordinate with vendors, and manage the timeline leading up to your event.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility of being hands-on where you want to be, while our team steps in to bring polish, organization, and creative direction to every detail.

Month-Of Coordination Service
Starting at $1,800
For the client who has done the planning and wants to relax on event day knowing everything will go perfectly.
Our Month-of Coordination Service (often called “Day-of”) ensures that all your hard work and planning come to life seamlessly. About 4–6 weeks before your event, our team steps in to confirm logistics, coordinate vendors, create a detailed timeline, and manage every aspect of the big day.
We handle the setup, cues, and coordination behind the scenes — so you can focus on what matters most: being fully present in every moment.
